Once they got your money they don't care. My wife and I bought our mattress and bed frame from this location (******* **** **** *******). They where very helpful to get you to buy a mattress, but once you pay they could care less about you. We had our mattress and bed frame delivered and the men they sent to install our bed frame and bed hit and ran over our brick mason mailbox. I purchased a mattress set via the web (web order) on Feb. 1, 2018. I received a confirmation email immediately with the order number and that I would receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. 4 business days passed and I still hadn't received tracking information so I called the customer service number. Bought a mattress in April 2016. Supposed to be a quality mattress, like advertised. About a year and a half later, the bed sags. The sales representative said it should last for 10 years. I found that hard to believe but still bought the bed because it was comfortable. Bed sags horribly now, filed a warranty claim and it was denied because there are small little stains from my mattress pad feathers. We purchased a foam bed through the Mattress Firm website and selected a delivery date of 12/21, we needed the bed on that date due to guests that were arriving for Christmas. On 12/21 we did not get a call to schedule delivery so my husband called them. We were told that the bed would not be available until 12/28! We had to have a bed, so my husband cancelled the purchase and we went out to a local furniture store to buy a bed that we could take home with us. Worst experience ever... they said 10 days took over a month to get my mattress then 3 m0nths go get my adjustable frame then it was broke took another few weeks to get me a frame that wasn't broke. The mattress is horrible as well. Jayson, the store manager in Lakewood said it was OSHA standards that they had to throw the mattress away after 5 months. This is actually not a complaint against Mattress Firm in Oak Lawn where I found the salespeople very helpful and knowledgeable but a complaint against a particular mattress manufacture. I would strongly suggest against buying a ***** mattress. I have tried for over a month now to get assistance with our faulty mattress. Quite the frustrating run around each time I call customer service. After paying over $1000 for a mattress I thought it would last longer then 2 years. Is that unreasonable? Ordering my new mattress was easy enough and to my great pleasure the sales associate told me over chat that the mattress would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I was told I was buying a mattress set that was on the same class as a Beauty rest was lied too. The store delivered one set it dented in the center in two days. Sent me another set it took it a year for a dent came into this set. Sent pictures and the dent is very well present and noticeable. I was told me frame is wrong ask questions about the frame didn't get a response. I wish I had checked here before doing business with MATTRESS FIRM. THEY WILL NOT COMPROMISE

On 11/24/2017 we purchased a King size bed from Mattress Firm Of Wooster, Ohio. I have to date spoke with several people about returning our very uncomfortable bed. our bed is nothing like the floor model.
