I was sold a bad quality mattress on clearance, the seller I didn't feel was clear on the return policy and I got stuck with a $1500.00 mattress that is useless to me as I cannot sleep on it; the company I believe should be able to take care of their customers and provide some sort of a solution to the problem and not just leave them with a big loss; very unhappy with this outcome as I believe the company can and should be able to provide a better solution; moreover I spoke with a district manager who was rude and apathetic,... read more

My wife and I ordered a mattress for our 2 year old son when we converted his crib to a full sized bed at the Mattress Firm store in our town. The mattress was nice and firm in the store, it fit the bed frame it was sitting on and was an overall good purchase for a growing child. It arrived on time and I noticed when we placed it on the bed frame it was smaller than the full sized bed. The bed does not require a boxspring or bunkie board. Horrible customer service, I would give a 0 if could. Do not get your things delivered because they do not care about your schedule and deliver as late as 10pm! some at midnight!

I was told after selecting a mattress that they would beat any price I found for that mattress. Well, I found a better price. After several calls they refused to match it, let alone beat it. What made me the most angry, was the excuses I was given. "it has the same name and product number, but they make the ones that we sell with more stuffing in them. Do not buy a mattress from mattress firm. First, I was delivered a used mattress from what I am assuming a previous pickup that day. Yes, you are reading correct a USED mattress that somebody was sleeping on and doing God knows what on for years. I came home to a disgusting mattress in my room and when i called to tell them they stated they could not do anything about it until the next day. I was not able to reach anybody at corporate to file a complaint but nobody was available and a requested return call never happened. Th... read more

Very disappointed with Mattress Firms return policy on adjustable bed frames. I bought a *********** adjustable bed frame in April 2016 and love it. In october 2017, I went back to buy another bed and adjustable bed frame and was told Mattress Firm no longer carries *********** adjustable bed frames, but that the ******* and ***** adjustable frame was comparable. Both stores in Vallejo Ca. store area manager Roman *********, very poor customer services no phone calls received prior to showing up at my home, adjustable base set up incorrectly. My purchase was made on 9/2/2017 I had to go into the store 5 times all for nothing when I was told everything would be done to correct the problem on 11/13/2017 I was finally given a credit to reflect the new purchase amount. I moved into my home September 2003, which at that time I purchased all new furniture. I had my bed set and mattress for 11 years before I was in need for a new mattress. the customer service was great, of course when purchasing. but neglect to tell you about the ****** warranty policy. They sold me a ****** box spring.. makes a horrible sound, I cant even make the slightest move without it making an old wooden floor sound. waking up each morning is a nightmare, as soon as I sit up, there's that noise.
