I am disputing a charge with Mattress Firm as they overcharged me for a purchase. I did receive the purchase (not at the right time nor was I notified they were on their way), but not at the agreed upon price. I was originally purchasing the mattress/boxspring online when I came to the delivery time set up page. It said if I wanted a window shorter than 12 hrs I needed to call Mattress Firm. Went to mattress firm on Saturday got pre approved for bed and picked out bed set up time for bed to be delivered on Monday received bed been had bed for almost a month then got a call that bed had to be returned because we did not get approved for bed. Now have been getting harassing phone calls and even sent messages on ******** who does that! This is embarrassing and humiliating to me and my family.

Absolutely horrible company I worked there one year. Multiple times our pay was messed up. If you don't do what your told and stay late or do things the way they want they will mess with your schedule just to get back at you. God forbid you try to call hr or payroll they only want to handle thing over this stupid system they call the hive. No human contact what so ever. Never buy from them.

Worse place ever to deal with. I bought a ****** **** mattress over 5,000 I been fighting with warranty company since the months into my purchase. I told them and send photos my mattress has a big sink in the middle of it. They don't care and made any excuses not to do a exchange. This is crazy I spent so much money and my husband and I can't have a goodnight rest. I will never go back to Mattress firm nor buy a ****** ****.

I purchased Serta Insight Full Mattress on 07/2013 from Hixson, TN store through the district manager. We bought a full and queen. The manager wrote the mattress up as a set so there was no charge for box spring as it is one price. Called warranty department today for box spring that is very noisy and squeaky on full. They advised since I was not charged they will not warranty it. So now I have a bad box spring with a company that will not stand behind their warranty. I went into the labor day sale @ my local mattress firm, and after my selections and payment the merchandise wasn't available because of "an overwhelming response to the sale" I asked for a refund and was told I would receive within 14 days and that was 9/8/17 and today is 9/28/17. Listen, if you're looking for a mattress on the cheap...buy online. This company though does know their stuff...if you get the right salesperson. The training seems to vary wildly from person to person. I had a minor issue with my order and ended up talking to 4 different people because apparently the salespeople rotate around to different stores around the city on different days. Bought 2 expensive mattresses (Cool Elegance) 3 1/2 years ago and both have broken down with significant hills and valleys when lying down. They sent technicians out to measure using weights on a string (like that can simulate the weightt of a 200 lb person), as they aren't allowed to even sit on the mattress. Of course, the claim was denied. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Stay away from this company, their warranties are worthless.

They are horrible. I used the mattress firm on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA and sold me a very expensive mattress - over $4000 cash I paid. The mattress was ****, sinking in the middle, not at all what I told them I needed for my back and neck issues. Then I tried for 3 weeks to get them to pick it up. That was a run around, from one salesperson to another to managers.
