I returned a mattress on November 20, 2017. I have not been credited back on my account. I have called numerous times, each time I speak with someone they tell me "they have left an email with the manager and the manager will call me back." I have never been called back on this matter and have a balance on my cc for $2000.00.

I have had 3 mattresses from mattress firm in the last 7 months. Every mattress that was bought into my home started sinking in the middle. I purchased firm and xtra firm mattresses and they all started sinking in the middle.

I ordered a mattress December 3. The website said orders would be delivered in 5-7 business days, and allowed me to choose a delivery date. I chose December 9. On that day, a delivery came, but it was a mattress pad and pillow (the free gifts with purchase). When I asked where my mattress was, the delivery men had no answer for me. I called, and was told that because it was an online only mattress, it came from a different warehouse, and would be shipped via *****. I requested shipping info, which i did not get. We were pleased with the salesman in the Winter Springs, Florida store. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The reason we went to ******** Firm is because of the posted special "60 months same as cash." The salesman very specifically told us to stay away from their major competitor in this market, which was ******** ***....I wonder if that was our first indication of how this company does business? Beware of Mattress Firm, there warranty claim system is set up to avoid any personal contact to rectify a co,plaint, had a 3300.00 mattress that clear.y failed, their local sales rep acknowledge an issue when he saw the pictures, but when sent into corporate, the automaticity denied it. They send a piece of paper to you to take pictures of the damage, it doesn’t clearly show the problems, so they try and get you spend 39-40.00 for a delegate knslecgkr, but schedule it 3@4 weeks and and then say it takes 2@4weeks after that t... read more

Customer service is a travesty. I ordered a mattress online and when I finally received it, it didn't come with any information on allowing the memory foam mattress to expand, but it never fully expanded after 72 hours, which happens. I called customer service and was able to send them pictures and they said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Waited 72 hours and never got a response. Called again and got a different representative naturally and retold my situation to them only to get new and completely differen... read more

I would absolutely without a doubt highly recommend against ever even consider using Mattress Firm. We were impressed with a store manager that sold us a mattress and box spring the week after Black Friday. We were told that shipping would take a bit longer because of all of the Black Friday sales and deliveries. We were given a date a week and half from purchase which we were fine with.
