Hello all, We ordered a mattress, pillows, sheets, bed cover and rize adjustable base on the 2nd of September 2017. To date we have paid for all. However, we have been strung along for weeks and have come no closer to reveiving $6800.00 in goods. Mattress firm( **** **) is defrauding customers and seem to have 0 managerial oversight to a flawed system. They call and apologize and tell you it's a fluke, but still no goods after they promise deliveries on 4-5 different occasions. I want our money back and an official complaint... read more

We bought a mattress 9 months ago and it is now sagging. We paid 39.95 to be able to file a warranty claim. We got and email today stating that the sagging was within normal body impressions but the mattress was stained. Which it is NOT! I see I'm far from the only one who has problems with this company.

My husband and I went into this store to purchase a mattress for our guest bedroom. It was suppose to be delivered on 9/13. During delivery we noticed it was only the box spring. After we called the location, we were told that we had 2 different delivery dates, which was not true, and offered us 2 pillows. This place is the worst!! I placed an order for a mattress online on September 8, 2016 and on the website it states the order will be processed within 24 hours. I was delivered a damaged (ripped, stained) mattress and because I did not see it right when it was delivered, they will not exchange or give me my money back because I did not notice it when the delivery guys were there. This review is for an order placed online on the ***** *** website. I placed an order for a 8 inch full size mattress on Aug 8. Their website claims to have 2 day shipping, but after 4 days with no response from the site, I called customer service, only to find out that the mattress is out of stock. I purchased a TempurPedic bed and also the hardware to attach it to our headboard. THis is a queen adjustable bed frame and mattress. However, delivery was supposed to include the attachment of hardware but the delivery guy said he did not know how and did not think this hardware would work. We came to this store to purchase a new mattress. When the mattress was delivered, the mattress was in a plastic bag that designated the mattress as pre-owned. We contacted the store and spoke with several sales associates and the manger. They insisted that we were told that the mattress we were purchasing was the floor model, this is untrue.
