I purchased a Corsicana mattress from Mattress Firm in Tucson Az in August of 2012, which comes with a 10 year warranty, we recently noticed that the mattress was dipping and very uncomfortable, I have misplaced the receipt and went to the store and asked what we could do, she said I will find your receipt with your name, phone #, or address. well she could not find my purchase, so she gave me the claims # to call. I returned an unused bed frame and set of risers to the ********* store on 3/7/17 with the receipt and in the boxes. They were unable to process return that day as company had changed ownership and salesman not sure how to process the return. They took the merchandise and said manager would do it next day, 3/8. Spoke to Mgr. on 3/14; said it was processed and in Accounting. 3/31 went to store; they called Corp. and were on hold forever. You might as well know when you are buying a mattress that it comes with NO warranty if they are using Mattress Firm to conduct their investigations. I had a Beautyrest *********** King size bed and within 2 years something broke and the side wall bowed out. You cannot even lay on that side of the bed without rolling off. Mattress Firm denied the claim saying that it was within normal manufacturer standards. How could it be normal to not be able to sleep on that side of the bed. Purchased a Sealy Posturpedic mattress at the west side Madison, WI store and found a better option online (Sleepongreen) that was more highly rated by Consumer Reports and about half the cost. We cancelled the Sealy order the next day, well before the scheduled delivery. I visited the store in person in addition to cancelling by phone to make sure there was no mistake. That was almost three months ago and the company still has not refunded my money (3,691) despite numerous calls and contact by Visa for the disputed charge.

The customer service since our large purchase ($7000, cash) has been atrocious. The delivery was 7 hours late, there was no way to access any information about when the delivery would happen, the website said the truck was in our driveway when it clearly was not. The store personnel argued with me about the delivery time and I had to be rude to get him to check with the warehouse to see what was going on. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm on 3/20. I asked the sales man if i could purchase if the floor models were for sale. and he said yes. but when i asked if i could purchases the model I was laying on, he said that that brand was not available to buy the floor model. I was confused by this because the commercial says you can buy floor models. and he did not show me the floor models i could buy. I was left with the impression I could not buy any floor models. On 3/26/2017 my husband and I went into the local Mattress Firm in Summerville, SC to purchase a new mattress. I have some lower back issues so we were looking for a firmer mattress. After speaking with Scott, the sales associate, we had decided on a king Bridgewater Firm mattress and two Tempur-Pedic Ergo Premier bases with the adjustable head/foot options and multiple massage options. They delivery is horrible they guarenttee you delivery times and some how it gets cancelled and you wont know until the end of that day. Then it took them 4 days just to reschedule a delivery for something I paid over 3,000 for. Tried calling someone from cooperate and just cant seem to get in touch with anybody from this place. Then my card was over charged and it took the company over a month to return the funds and they kept blaming it on my bank when really they had control over everything.

We have a mattress that is under warranty and has a very deep impression. First of all they charge for a warranty inspection - this should be illegal. They took one month and nine days to make a determination. I will never shop in this place again and will make a point to make sure I tell everyone I know about the poor service at Mattress Firm and the POOR quality mattress that ******* makes and will not stand behind.
