Do not purchase anything from this business. Purchased Firm King ********** mattress...within 4 months, serious sagging started on each side. Inspector came....calipered mattress...of course they said it was "normal settling" and no warranty granted. No replacement. No nothing. Now, 17 months later, bed looks like it is 20 years old and no longer supports our backs. After spending $1800+ on this bed, we now must replace it. This is unfair and wrong.
