The NJ/NY team is trash. I requested to exchange my medium firm bed to a firm which complied with their 120 day guarantee to switch your bed if you’re not happy. This was back in January. We’re now in April and I still don’t have my firm bed. And why you ask? Because their customer service department do not communicate with the warehouses. I had purchased a top of the line ******* ********** mattress and in the last year it began to sag to the point where I would wake up with back pains and it is clearly "mushier" on my side than my wifes and not supportive. Terrible place!!! Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!! Baught a massage chair at home show, looked into complaints abaout the chairs and responces to it. We purchased a sleepy mattress 48 hours ago. Knowledgable staff and quick delivery BUT strong chemical smells being emitted from the mattress set noted as the day went on. The 2nd day left all the bedding off, fan going in the room, smell was even worse and absorbed into bedding and pillows. Mattress Firm is a complete scam!! Stay away!! The store “salesman” said the promotional deferred interest plan was 24 months. Come to find out after the fact it is actually only 12 months. My mom went to the store at Bruckner Blvd # 155001 and purchased a mattress on 12/29/17. The mattress they showed her at the store was a very good quality and price too but the one she received was a much lower quality. After many attempts and few other replacements with the same low quality she decided to get her money back but that was just a nightmare. very negative false leading customers not honoring warranty. they make you repurchase the product, they don"t communicate with customers. it took over a month to repsond and they were going in circles advice never ever shop mattress firm period, Bad business practices. I will shop elsewere there prices are to high and they dont live up to there product.
