I usually only give good reviews but Mattress Firm deserves a bad review. I contacted my local mattress firm about my mattress sagging the manager said he couldn't help and I would have to contact Mattress Firm directly. There is no way you can speak with a human being because of there automated phone system. I own the mattress 10 months and its sagging so bad that I started having back issues. I went online and followed the instructions 12 pictures of every angle, tags and effected area. After a few days I receive a respons... read more

I bought a full size ******* * *****mattress and an adjustable base for $4,000.00 in April. When they were making the sale they told me I’d be sleeping on my new products that week. When I was checking out and scheduling the delivery no delivery was available for that week. We agreed on a schedule for the following week. The following week I get a call their waiting for a full size adjustable base. After waiting a full month the delivery is scheduled again. We ordered a bed, box spring and frame for my 85 year old mother. I spoke to manager about delivery and to be assure that upon delivery the mattress, box spring and frame would be set up - so that my mother would only have to make her bed. At delivery there was no frame. They assured me it would be delivered a few days later. I took the day off to meet them. I was know I would receive confirmation of delivery. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm during their Memorial Day sale (King for the price of a Queen and free adjustable base). My boyfriend and I went into the store on three separate occasions inquiring about the exchange policy because he has a pinched nerve in his back and the mattress was making it worse. Each time we were told to give it more time and were grilled about why we weren't happy with it. I’m a contractor for mattress firm. That’s contract work out in Charlotte NC to **** **********. I was contracted with **** and the manager named Mike is the rudest, unprofessional person. This guy talks to his contractors and workers like trash, Telling them they want return to work if something done he don’t like. And gets in contractors and workers face of you respond to him and he don’t like what’s you saying. **** ********** needs to fire this guy. Horrible customer service. They delivered a mattress that was damaged. I asked for a new one to be delivered tomorrow since I have no bed at the moment and they said I have to wait 5 days to do the exchange.

This is a horrible business with terrible employees. I was at the ****** ****** **** this past weekend working a vendor booth for my job. One of your employees (Alan *******) approached me about getting a mattress. I told him I couldn't afford it and that my credit was bad. He then said Oh no I can get you approved. I said I doubt it. He then says If i get you approved you have to go on a date with me. At first i thought he was just being a typical salesman. So I laughed it off. THE WORST EVER..AFTER SPECIFYING THE the problem we were trying to avoid..they recommended chattam & wells...they told us don't worry..5 weeks later..big hump in The middle..went to a different matress firm location..because they told me the lady who helped us was on vacation..the new location said they should have given you the ******** ****** Extra firm..bill went from $2700 to $3800...then paid $100 to pick up 1st defective and buy the way Rude employees...6 weeks later same exact problem..huge hump in the 2nd mattress in... read more

We had our bed delivered last week. Wednesday in fact. The bedding is fine. No issues there. But they told us our delivery time was 1:45 to 3:45. My wife rescheduled a dentist appointment for our daughter to be home, as I work out of town. The guys showed up at 6:45p.m. and told my wife and daughter they were sorry for being late. Customers are ********. They threw the bed in the bedroom, didn't bolt the frame together, and took off. Great customer service.
