NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! I am very upset and disappointed in the customer service I received during my calls with their representatives. One star; at least my mattress and box spring were delivered unlike many others. I bought my ****** **** set from the store near Washington St. and Mitthoeffer Rd, in Indianapolis. Within 6 months the edges of the mattress were breaking down. It is impossible to speak with a person; only chat online and was told three times to submit a warranty claim online. I purchased a mattress from matress firm less than two years ago 1 yr and a half and thismattress is sinking already. This has caused my extreme back pain and my husband back and neck pain. I didn’t get a warranty since I’ve never had a mattress give out this fast. Matress firm won’t even accknowledgd you if you didn’t get a warranty. Horrible customer service. Went to the ******** ******* location, ordered a bed and scheduled a delivery for a month later. They gave us a time frame for delivery between 2-4 pm. SUMMARY: Ordered top of the line $1400+ split King adjustable frame and mattresses. I would give 0 starts if I can.... I bought a Mattress and a box from Mattress firm by High Way 635 and Preston. I already paid the money. But they did not deliver me the goods. When I call them back 8 times today to get it delivered but they said that has already been delivered. But I never get a delivery. I paid for nothing...Wasted my money for nothing. This is a big frustration. And when I called to the store to complaint this sales guy yelled at me. They said they do investigation. But I don't have a mattress to sleep.
