The spa was delivered in April of 2017 and worked fine until July 2018 - just three months past the warranty. I have never given a bad review, but this time I have to. I contacted my local mattress firm and the manager said he couldn't help after our new mattress and box springs began to sag after 6 months. Then I contact the customer service line and was made to take the bed apart and shoe the slats/support system, labels, take a dozen pictures and send and was then told they could not help and only offered that I purchase a representatives time for 39.95 to come inspect the mattress in person OR a 20% coupon for a new mattress. While the system forces me to assign a minimum of one star, this company does not really deserve any. We purchase a mattress a week ago, and were told that the earliest possible delivery was three days later (we would be contacted with the delivery window). I bought a mattress, had some back issues, returned it within their 120 day trial period. Picked a new mattress. They delivered the new mattress, but the base was on back order. I was charged for the new mattress so I was told I'd get a refund on my one returned. It was returned on 7/12/18, they claim my refund was slow in getting processed, which was on 7/19/18. Really bad customer service and not told at time of purchase about strict warranty issues. Warranty emailed after claim was filed along with denial of warranty. I am on my third mattress with **********/Mattress Firm within a two year period. All three mattress had/has MAJOR sagging issues. Adjustable base sold with mattress is also defective. The mattress I purchased did not reach the 14 inch size it stated in the product listing, it has not reached more than 12.5 inches. The appropriate steps were taken in order for it to acclimate to my house and the time frame required to reach its stated size. I also bought a mattress protector. The protector was delivered a week after I purchased it online. I would give 0 stars if I could. Mattress Firm is nothing but a company of crooks. Forget about customer service and live chat. They never follow through and don't really care to help or find a solution. For 3 days now I have been told that I can't be helped and will have to wait until tomorrow. I bought a mattress here. After surpassing two delivery dates, it was finally admitted that they were selling mattresses that they had no inventory for. It took calling the 1-800 number to get in touch with a manager high than store. When I went into the store, the store employee was extremely unhelpful as well. It’s just been a nightmare. I’ve paid a fortune for a mattress that I’m not sure I’ll ever actually receive.
