I purchased a **********t Legend Bradford Plush Pillowtop King Size from MattressFirm on 9/4/2018 We absolutely loved the mattress. Unfortunately there was a rip at the seam on the bottom so we called Mattress Firm to have a warranty replacement which they obliged. That is where the problem began. After a night or two on the replacement mattress we were in extreme pain.We quickly realized this was not even close to the same mattress’ construction of the original and we were now in extreme pain from sleeping on this mattress.... read more

Years ago I purchased my mattress that cost 4X more than current costs at Mattress Firm. Still to-date the products are fine, so I decided to use the same business, in a different State, to purchase a new set for my Mother. The mattress purchased has an issue from the top to bottom center of mattress, but the process Mattress Firm says that must be completed is ridiculous in determining whether it's warranty can be honored. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm on January 26th. I live outside the delivery area from where I made the purchase. I was told that it could still be delivered, but that it could take 2-3 weeks. I was ok with this. My in store experience was excellent (I'd give that five stars). I purchased a Beautyrest World Class Brentford II Luxury Firm Queen Mattress and Boxspring on 08/2013 in Fairview Heights, Il from a very reputable firm (Sears). Supposedly the mattress and box spring carried a 25 Year Limited Warranty with First 10 years non prorated. I purchased thru Sears and have original receipt, delivery information, original label and proof of purchase. Had our old Mattress for 13 years and never had problems like this! Purchased a **** ********** Mattress in 2015. We wanted sturdy sides of the bed, which would not sag or breakdown when getting in and out of bed. The Salesperson, Donna, told us that the Mattress we purchased had one of the best side structures and would not breakdown. We also wanted a Mattress that would not hold a lot of body heat, which we were also told the Mattress was excellent in not holding body heat. My wife and I wanted to buy a Purple mattress. we I had heard positive things about this mattress..... We looked online and then also went around the local mattress stores. It seems that Mattress Firm/Sleep Experts in the Dallas area carried Purple, so we went in for a test lay down and see. never buy a mattress from mattress firm poor quality and if you return it you will loose almost half you money . i bought one paid ** ******* got back *******. if you buy one read all fine print. never never listen to what the salesman tells you!!! they will cheat you. poor poor quality!!!

My husband and I bought a mattress and frame from an event on November 20, 2018. Our delivery was scheduled for December 5, 2018, and the wrong frame was delivered. We purchased an *** 700 Series Adjustable Base, but a 500 Series was delivered to our house. The gentlemen who delivered checked our receipt, which showed we did in fact purchase the 700 Series; however, in the system, it showed we had purchased the 500 Series.
