I'm extremely disappointed in the professionalism displayed by this company's local management for ******** **. There were promises made that were not kept. There was a complete lack of communication several times during the process to get the mattress ordered and paid for up front. I will NEVER purchase from Mattress Firm again. It took me a long time and several visits to the store to make a decision. I decided to purchase the ********** ********from the Wooster, OH location. Terrible! Had my mattress a little over a year an the side I sleep on is sagging. I have to pay to have someone come look at it to maybe replace it? I don't think so!!! I've just had the worst customer service in my life and I'm 55 years old! I ordered a mattress from the Woodbridge store and was scheduled to have it delivered on Friday, June 21, 2019. I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Covington, Georgia. When they delivered the mattress it was the wrong one. Do no buy any clearance or discounted mattress from Mattress Firm. I bought my ******* Beautyrest on clearance and it is failing with no support for the mattress or Mattress Firm. Because they are clearance they won’t back their own product. They denied my warranty claim on a product that’s supposed to have a 20 year warranty and only lasted 4 years. This company does not make it clear that when you purchase a mattress with them, the warranty goes through a third party. So when you want to file a claim, you go online and do all the claim. They come back to say that the bed meets standard guidelines even though we cannot sleep on this mattress. This was a $3500 mattress!! They tell you to pay $80 for another third person to come look at the bed or send you a coupon for your next purchase! WHO DOES THAT??!!!!
