My husband and I went there to buy a twin frame and a mattress cover for a twin bed. The salesperson sold us a frame but we had to pick it up at the store across the way which we did. I asked him how much this twin mattress cover was and he told me it was $99!!! I said no way and the price was way high. He then told me I think I could get it for me cheaper! My husband and I went to the store on circle way in Lake Jackson texas. We were looking for a twin bed frame and a twin mattress cover. We were there on Monday the 6th of January 2020 in the a.m. We got the frame ok but the salesman told me the twin mattress cover was going to cost $99! I told him that was way too high. Tulo/Mattress Firm is a deceptive company. I purchased a Tulo mattress 33 days ago and was told it would ship in 3-5 days. After countless attempts to get in touch with customer service (during their posted business hours), I finally got a hold of someone. The service rep said I was supposed to receive an email after my order confirmation email to confirm I still wanted my mattress (bizarre) and she apologized and said they've been having trouble and those emails haven't been received by many customers. The manager of the company got aggressive with my husband and gave us a mattress that was not the right one and i called coreporate and never heard anything bacj from a district manager which is not right

This is the worst place I have ever done business with. I bought a bed and frame on October 31, 2019. It wasn't delivered till November 14th and it wasn't what I ordered. On 11/11/2019 my wife and I walked into local store, we explained to the sales associate that I had a medical problem that made me sleep hot and needed a mattress that would help me sleep cool at night. I had purchased a mattress not even a year ago. They refunded to refund me the entire amount of the purchase, since it's after the warranty period. They gave me store credit not even in the full amount of the purchase. I am losing $200. The warranty process took almost a month of going back and forth with pictures when the bed is clearly sagging and has craters in it. They have rejected a warranty claim for my mattress's side walls being blown out after only 145 days on the bases of discoloration or stains, of which has nothing to do with the poor manufacturing of the mattress. This company is clearly selling used and poorly manufactured off name brand products. I will be filing suit for discrimination.
