If I could put a zero star that is what they would get. I bought a mattress in Sept 2019 and now the bed is sagging on both sides.. mine and my husbands. At the time I bought the mattress I was not informed I needed to upgrade my bed frame (which I had just bought from IKEA) or else the warranty would be voided. The sales rep just told me that the mattress had to remain stain free in order to get a replacement, so I bought one of their mattress covers as he recommended. This place does not deserve a single star. I went in with my husband and bought a mattress and an adjustable frame. The guy who helped us was wonderful!! Took his time, answered all of our questions, and got us a great deal. We decided that same day to make the purchase, and set everything up to get our bed delivered. Purchased a Full size mattress, heavy duty box spring, mattress cover and rails from then 9/11/2017. After about a year box spring broke took me 4 weeks to get the warranty company to replace it after going back and forth with them wanting me to pay for a $200 delivery fee for a broken item. Then this past weekend 2/16/2020 while changing my son's bed sheets discovered my sons mattress had mold growing on the bottom of the mattress that lays on top of the box spring. If I could add zero stars I would! Sales man lied right to my face when asked if mattresses were used. I literally looked at the stain and smell the smoke, clearly been used at a motel, disgusting! I left immediately, you can't gain a customer trust withholding information.
Worked with Kenneth ********in at the store Rockwall, Texas to purchase a new mattress, an adjustable base, and two very nice pillows. Delivery went smooth and quick, and my wife and I have been sleeping like babies ever since. I ordered 2 beds and 2 adjustable frames. Everything seemed to be going well until I saw that I had damages from my delivery. My banister was broken and somehow a deep scratch was made on my wall. I called the store the very next day to report the damages, the person at the store that sold the mattress to me submitted my information to the delivery team. Mattress firm encouraged me to purchase Protect-a-bed cover for my new $3,000 mattress. I did. The cover failed, the manufacturer (Surefit) confirmed that it was a faulty product but the replacement cover is not under warranty, even though its supposed to be. I've been trying to get the matter resolved with Surefit since September 2019. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress and foundation on 9/4/2017 from Mattress Firm. Within 2 months the mattress had a defect and bunched up in one spot approximately 12" area. I contacted the store 11/2017 and they sent me out a replacement. The box springs had a slit on the corner and they replaced that as well. The mattress has since done the exact same thing as the original one did with the bunching up in the same place.
