Never again will i buy from this place! I've had better dealings with car salesmen than these idiots. I"ve been waiting over a month to get my complete order. Now I'm waiting on two pillows that they emailed and said they were ready for pick up. Luckily I called first before driving across town because my order is still not in. Three more days then i can pick them up. I wont hold my breath. They were supposed to be delivered to my home but I guess thats not going to happen.

Bought a very expensive mattress 3 yrs ago with a 10 year warranty. It is already sagging. They sent an inspector out for 79.95 They denied my claim They claim my foundation was bad. This is not true. It was brand new and has no defects. When I purchased the mattress I told the salesperson the type of foundation it had. He said it would work fine. I believe this is a scam. Worst warranty replacement guidelines. Also makes you pay for inspection and says they will offer free delivery. I didnt ask to get a defected bed and have to get another one delivered. I want free delivery and my $80 back for inspection. Also has the worst selection in store

Purchased hot tub at the fair , delivered damage and missing items after talking to our salesperson she forwarded the issue to her manager who promised a replacement within two days. After many attempts to contact him via phone and text messages still no return call worst customer service issue I would never do business with the company again be careful if you choose to do business with them

I bought a Purple 2 Mattress and Base early September 2019 at a Fair in the Tacoma, WA, area. When they warehouse set for delivery, they only send the base for delivery. I took a day off from work to receive the delivery and there is no quality control to make sure the order is right. Now, I have to take another day off to get get a different delivery. This company has no quality control or the ability to meet customer's standards. I don't recommend ordering from this company.

I would give less if I could. "Delivered" mattress but didn't want to carry it upstairs. Now I am stuck - they have my money, I cannot get through on phone or chat, no email address. They are horrible.

I went into store on 8/30/19 #****** to order bunker board and bed frame for full bed. My invoice stated it would be in 9/8/2019 for pickup. I went by the store on the 9/6 to check status, and was advised the frame had not come in yet. The store manager Lorene said she saw something on the computer and needed to contact home office, and she would call me back during the week. We went into Mattress Firm in Lake Elsinore California to purchase a mattress and base for my 15 year old son. My son deserved a new bed and we were going to surprise him with one. It was amazing service initially by Sonya *******. And then it all went downhill. We received a phone call 3 days after my purchase that my base was damaged.
