Don’t take advantage of any promos they offer. If you need to make a return they make you pay for the promo items they gave you. I bought a mattress from Mattress Firm online through the sales chat. My purchase went through flawlessly, I even left a good review for the gentleman who helped me out so kindly. I bought a firm mattress and decided I did not like the feeling and instead wanted to exchange my mattress. I bought a box springs and it is 6 months old and contacted the company and they will not replace it. They do not honor their warranty. They said I had the wrong type of bed frame but when we purchase the box springs they did not tell us it needed a specific bed frame. This was a standard bed frame. I will not buy any mattress or box springs from Mattress Firm due to a false warranty. I took this box springs to the DUMP. The wood frame broke on the box springs causing it to fall apart.

Poor delivery and communication Mattress and platform were purchased with the expectation of normal delivery date on May 10 from tulobed.com. 4 years ago I foolishly purchased a ****** mattress from them. I paid for ****in cash and they offered 72 months at 0%apr on the balance. I paid on time, every time. To begin, my girlfriend and I went looking for a king-size bed with no intention for purchasing, but did find a mattress that suited both our needs. We hesitated quite a bit on weather this was the right decision. The salesman force fed information about a quarterly sales quota that could result in a huge discount, that turned out to NOT BE TRUE!!! My initial experience was good.. but as soon as we realized they gave us the wrong mattress is when the problems started. They claimed their rep that helped us no longer worked there, which we confirmed. So, my husband and I came in to the ********* ** ********in early April looking for a new mattress and spoke with Eric * ******. We new that we definitely DID NOT want to do their credit card option because we didn't want the ding on our credit score(we are trying to buy a house). The knowledge of the sales staff was great. However Mattress Firm does not honor their “120 night low price guarantee.” After our purchase we realized that we over paid by more than $900. When I went back in to inquire on the low price guarantee they failed to match much less beat the competitor’s advertised price even though it was in accordance with the policy.
