This is a positive outcome review following a negative review posted earlier this month. After receiving defective box foundations twice, the Regional Manager contacted me with a plan to resolve the issue. In addition to upgrading the foundations and waiving the additional delivery fees, he gave me a new bed frame and 2 memory foam pillows. I have a problem with the delivery of an expensive mattress that I purchased from a Mattress Firm store. I have been told that I MUST speak to Customer Service about my problem. There is only one phone number for Customer Service and when I call it, I am told that if I purchased the mattress from a store, I can only deal with the store. I purchased a mattress and box spring from the Cambridge, MN store in December of 2016. I had it returned because I could not sleep on it. I contacted the store in person as was told it could be exchanged, so I did as I thought it was perhaps a defect in the mattress. The new one has been no different and when I complained about it I was told by the area rep that I had to walk on it to break it in. I have never heard of such a thing. My sisters purchased a new mattress for my mom on her birthday. She is 82 years old with Spinal Stenosis. The side caved in - we turned the mattress - nothing helped. We returned the mattress and paid 200.00 to upgrade the mattress. The salesman stated to make sure we purchased the one we wanted because we could only return once. I placed an order on February 17th and as of writing this review, I have YET to receive my mattress. I've called multiple times to get the issue resolved, and all I receive are empty promises. It's been escalated to multiple case managers all with lies and a sense of a nonchalant attitude! I requested a refund and was then told it would take "some time". What does that even mean? I walked into the store and sales associate were everywhere and talked me into purchase a mattress and adjustable bass and then went further and state they would give a free give. I tried calling the store they put me on hold. Guess what I never received my free give. But they didn't mine getting the money. With that being said the Mattress is not worth what I paid for it.

Dishonest salesmen!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Delivery NOT done on day promised, and then item sold to another person. Caleb, the salesman, flat out lied about product being sold to another person, after we scheduled delivery, and then fessed up to lie after having to discuss it for 10 minutes. I purchased a mattress on December 30, 2015. My first new mattress in 15 years. Around December 2016 I noticed, and felt my mattress caving in on one side. I called the warranty department and was told I was just a week after my warranty but they offered to give me a 1/3 of the purchase price. I needed more than a 1/3 of a bed. I would have had to jump through hoops to get that. I declined the ridiculous offer. Now 2 years later I am experiencing severe back pain from the mattress. I ordered a mattress and box spring on line from Mattress Firm. I was skeptical about making the purchase on line.
