I wish I could give this company a ZERO! We were supposed to have a mattress delivered 3 weeks after we ordered it. The day before they said they would call us to set up a delivery time. I never heard from them...so at 9 pm I called and they told me they no longer had the adjustable base in and they would deliver in 4 weeks. We already got rid of out mattress. Very POSITIVE I recently purchased mattress from Mattress Firm in Niles, IL. After my horrible experience with American Mattress my co-worker recommended Mattress Firm. What a great experience I had. Ordered my mattress at around 9:15am and had it delivered same day. Store manager Brian was very professional. I received confirmations my email, text message and phone call. We ordered a queen size bed, full size bed, and an adjustable base online. When we placed the order, we scheduled the delivery for the Sunday morning time slot (June 3, 2018) and received confirmation that our order would be at our house between 10:15 AM and 12:15 PM. When the order had not arrived by 12:15 PM we called the Customer Service number and were informed that a "system glitch" had occurred and the order would not come until later in the day. I cannot express how upset I am with Mattress Firm. I always thought that business is gimmick; but, I decided to buy 3 matresses. It was very convenient and I got a credit. The delivery guys and scheduling is aweful. The sales person told me that someone will call me a day before delivery and gave me a two hour window. Instead I was given a four hour window by a robot. Terrible customer service! I spent $867 and scheduled a delivery that can’t be found because of a “glitch”. Yet I’m the only person that’s reporting this. Sounds like Jason ******** didn’t do his job. When I called the store Michael told me he couldn’t do anything about it!! What!?!?! What does my daughter sleep on tonight? No help! There really should be multiple options for selecting a complaint because my experience with Mattress Firm covered about 75% of the complaint types. I placed two orders on the 6th of April, one for my mattress and one for box springs and bed frame. I was immediately notified by email that both of my orders had been placed and paid for, on the 9th I received an email that my mattress had been shipped and should arrive on the 12th. So it’s been about 2 months now and my problem hasn’t been resolved, nor has a manager gotten ahold of me after multiple attempts to get ahold of them.
