Waited over an hour to even make it to the desk even with a reservation. Desk staff have no sense of urgency or respect for customers' time.
Avis-you do a great job everywhere but LAX. Been waiting forever for a shuttle
You guys suck! My family waited in the middle of the night for 2 hours waiting on a car we had a reservation on. Not a single customer in the joint had any sort of service out of you losers. Get your shit together!
Not nearly enough buses operating...other car companies buses came by 3 to 4 times before Avis showed up once. Once to the office, the line was out he door with over 40 people in front of us. We waited over an hour. Only to be told we would have to wait for the SUV we reserved. Not well rum at all.
They are not prepared have lines around the building and no help. Totally rediculous! I guess you get what you pay for!! Never again!

Avis Preferred is supposed to let you go straight to your car without going to the counter. At LAX this afternoon, no preferred customer could do that. The line was 50 to 60 people long to get to the counter. The operations manager lamely explained that they were short on cars. Is this any way to run a business and encourage loyalty?
You have Preferred for a reason...service! Non existent tonight. Late flight and a long drive ahead of me. Waited in long line as there was no pre assignments and no vehicle available!!!! Now waiting until they find one for me .... Not a happy camper.
11:30 pm and no shuttle for the last 30 mins! I called the office and the manager said "I don't care if you don't rent from us"!!
