Exceptionally rude customer service and they did not have a car in the category/size we reserved so we had to wait for 30 min. The manager was very helpful, but when we told TK (the very rude gentlemen helping us) the manager said he was going to look at our bill TK said he did not care, he had checked us out and he walked off. #notimpressed #horribleservice

You guys have the worst customer service ever. Why would you use a secondary company to collect charges on your fraudulent damage charges without contacting me first? YOU GAVE ME THE CAR DAMAGED and you know this. This entire relationship with you and Viking Billing Services is just a rouse to get people to buy your unnecessary rental insurance. The agent I spoke with made SURE to tell me "if you had the rental insurance we wouldn't have even contacted you, we would have dropped it instantly.

They to D my my bank card ain't shit when I have plenty of money and treated me like I was shit! I drove over 200 miles to pick up a car that was paid for in advance with my bank card. It ain't over! I'm still being scammed by Priceline and Avis! Smmfh!
We rented our car from Avis LAX from 4/9/16 to 4/16/16. When we arrived at the LAX rental location we were given a rental agreement with a location of the car. My mom, son and I walked with all of our stuff to the car, however there was no car in the spot. An Avis customer who rented a 2016 Nissan Quest at this Avis location ran into the back of my car last Thursday afternoon. I am an Uber driver in Los Angeles and my car is ruined. I have no way of making money or even getting around. I called Avis and they referred me to some company called Sedgwick in Cleveland. I called them and put in a claim on Friday morning. I had to wait approximately three hours to get my rental car. This was after arriving at LAX at 9:00 pm, so that I did not reach my final destination until 12:30 midnight. There was an enormous line, extending out the door of the rental facility. There were very few people working the counter, and they frequently disappeared for long periods of time. An absolutely hideous experience. Three hour wait for a car in the middle of the night. The car was filthy, high mileage. Even the return receipt was wrong. DO NOT GO TO AVIS LAX.
