The worst car rental experience. Over 30 minutes to get a shuttle that was packed and at least an hour to get a car. Over a dozen Hertz shuttles rolled by while waiting and the staff is rude and nasty. Never again.

The wait in line to get the shuttle took forever. We literally had to Chase a shuttle down to pick us up. Once the shuttle dropped us off at Avis...The wait in line to pick up your car is OVER A HOUR!! Never again!

It took the guy at the desk almost one hour to find us a car. We booked a MB 350, but he couldn't find one. So we got a lovely Jaguar instead.

AVOID AVIS! AVIS MAKES MISTAKES, OVERCHARGES AND THEN AVIS CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T RESPOND. I returned the car on time with a full tank of gas in Los Angeles, but was charged £208 GBP extra when I got home for delivering the car 3 days late without a full tank! I emailed Avis customer service about this obvious mistake and to add insult to injury 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a reply. I have now asked the credit card company to deal with the matter. I'll never use Avis again.

We were assisted by Erin Jimmerson at curbside check in who expedited us to a faster window making the experience one worth talking about. I'd suggest giving this man a leadership role because he certainly understands the concept of exceptional customer service��
