I've been in line for over two hours and their are still 75 ahead of me. I already have a reservation. There is no other separate line for people who need a car and people who already have a reservation. This is insane!
Line out of the door and 2 stations open for renting
It was horrible. We were overcharged after waiting 2.5 hours with all our luggage and our children for a car we booked months in advance. The women's bathroom was out of order. Still fighting the extra charges.
They are lying their clients! I am so disappointed that I would never ever use Avis again (in any location). The long story short - we book a car but they didn't had it and they lie to us that they have it and they are preparing it. So we waited for them three hours in order to get the manager who admitted they don't have it. Instead of telling us the truth and offering us an alternative they let us wait three hours (our flight was 6 hours so in total we were 9 hours on the way and one other to drive). You guys suck! 40 min in line and I am still at the back of it!
How many of you know that calling this location, they never answer...... They just let it go to voice mail and three hours later no return call. I guess when a customer says this is an emergency.....that does not matter
