Never rent a car from this place!!! Waited for 3 hours in line to pick up the car. Then when I returned the car, there was 1 attendant handling dozens of customers. Was told to just leave the car with the keys. When I got my cc finally charged, they changed me for a refuel fee even though I refueled right before drop off. Had to deal with customer service and mail evidence in to get the refund. Will never rent from here again!!
1. I picked up a car with 1/2 fuel in the tank 2. They charged me for extra $27.50! For nothing!
We just picked up a van from Avis LAX and it’s incredibly dirty. We waited an hour for a van that hadn’t been washed. Not only that, there’s a famine hygiene product in here, a thing of open yogurt in the back, and the inside is filthy. What the heck??
Queued for an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon. 5 counters open when there are far more available. Staff walking about seemingly uninterested in actually doing their jobs and serving customers. I'll never use Avis again.
