I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS.....we rented through PRICELINE and ordered 3 car seats. We were not charged by priceline for the seats and no one explained an additional charge at the counter. When we arrived home we had $348 ADDITION charge. Called the company and they would do NOTHING to fix the HIDDEN charged of the car seat and all the other added things. NEVER RENT THROUGH THEM. OTHER COMPANIES ARE MUCH BETTER ABOUT CAR SEATS!!!!

Easily a 2 hour wait. At 2am!!! Not worth it. Under staffed for this number of reservations! I've NEVER EVER EVER.waiting this long for.a rental car EVER!

Avis has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am currently being billed for toll charges that I am not responsible for. In addition, I have been lied to over and over and over again by customer service agents. We will never ever rent fro AVIS again.

Receipt clearly states insurance declined... Charged anyway. Now it's up to me to provide them with a copy of their rental agreement. Good thing I kept my copy. KEEP ALL PAPERWORK and DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING with these CROOKS.

Worst biggest rip off of a rental company I have experienced. Hidden fees, no customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. I hope you go out of business and I should report you to the BBB. Don’t use

We left something important in the rental car and we can't get anyone at the lax office to answer the phone. The phone tree doesn't work and we keep getting transferred to a call center in another country. Help please!

I left a pass in the car I rented at Avis LAX and simply need to get on the phone with someone to get ahold of lost and found. Every time I call I’m asked to dial 5 different extensions only to get a voicemail. Can someone please help me? I just need to talk to someone and claim a simple pass.

Avis shuttle hit and run on December 29th. Avis refused to repair my car.
