poor customer service. I made a reservation and wanted to cancel within the same day of making the reservation. they are going to charge me $50 to cancel even though my trip is over a week away.

Ademas nos tuvieron que cambiar 2 veces el auto ya que te los dan con poco aceite o con necesidad de revision mecanica. NO LO CONTRATEN!!! ES MALISIMA LA ATENCION Y LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO! I will be taking your business name along with others that have withdrawn support to the NRA to And spreading it by word of mouth to everyone I come in contact with and urge them to seek alternatives to your services.
