pretty awful experience - and it all started so well. I confirmed a booking at short notice only to receive an email saying that they were busy and couldn't confirm the car for 72 hours! And sure enough - impossible to cancel an unconfirmed booking without incurring a fee. Quite a clever scam if they have set it up like that deliberately
Extremely slow service and long queues
Worst... 2hr queue to get a car. Just 4 people working slowly with people waiting until outside the entrance. Avoid it and use a other rental car.
