We are 15 minutes into a line that will be at least a half hour. Outrageous that they don't staff adequately.
If I could give this car rental location a -5 star review, I would. There have been 2 incidents where my credit card has been charged, either on other people's accounts or I have been charged after returning my car for services I did not ask for. They have the absolute worst customer service, unless you are persistant and spend hours trying to hunt someone down to speak to. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
Who is making schedules at this place??? There is ALWAYS a line that lasts at least 45 minutes during rush hour. I rent here once a week, but this is getting ridiculous. Go somewhere else. That's the only advice.

Worst shuttle service from airport ever. 9 out of 10 times you will wait at least 20 minutes or more. Watch while other companies drive by 5x before 1 Avis shuttle shows up. Frequent traveler and never fails. Wish they would get there act together. Doesn't take a genius to know you need more drivers during busy air travel times.
