Dear Avis.... Your service is horrific!!! I arrived to pick up my rental 27 minutes early and you said if I didn't wait the full 27 minutes you would charge me $489 for my 3 day rental instead of $144. Absolutely ridiculous!! Your manager Ken and his employee Eric were no help and said, "there is nothing I can do". Way to empower your employees to make life easier for your customers. This place sucks, only 3 people serving on counter and about 100 people lined up , very poor service Never ever Avis will get my business
Worst car rental ever! Service is the slowest ever. They do not have enough tellers for the volume of people renting. This is a total joke. Willnever use this company ever EVER again!!
Been waiting in line for 2 hours already and there is still 2 more hours to go. Asked to talk to a manager and there is no one to talk to. Never renting here again!!!
As apreferred member I reserved a car for almost a month before to get the lowest prize and get rid of hassle. Now I'm stuck on this huge line for almost 2 hours trying to replace the passenger van they gave me instead of an SUV that I originally reserved for! My original reservation is $217, and now they charged me $248 for that van!
Am waiting in line here at the LAX airport rental. After a 13 hour flight you are tired. You wait for the Avis Shuttle to bring you to the rental office, you see 4 Hertz shuttle buses before AVIS appears. Inside the shuttle you are relieved (though temporarily) when they announce that there is a dedicated line for Prepaid Rentals. You get off and see a line thinking you may be in Disneyland. When you rent a car with this robbing company, make sure you read what your signing. The guy just told me to hit AGREE button to move the page on. I had a bill for $315 for Insurance I didn't ask for. After travelling for 24 hour, your just not with it. Talk about spoiling a good holiday. It was reduced to $120. It spoilt a nice 2 weeks. Never again.....
What is goin on with this place! Each time it gets worse and worse. You need to fix fast or start loosing business!
