We were very happy with our experience, until we got home and saw that they charged us over 100 extra after we already paid priceline for our car. A month later and they still don't show the charges on their computers, and won't refund. Looks like it is time for a lawyer.
Slowest service eve, bus took forever to get to the pick up place, still waiting..
Not the first and for sure not the last ! Everything was perfect from the pick up moment to the airport drop off ! Thank you Avis !
This place is a joke!! They have accepted hundreds of reservations over their capacity. We waited in line for an hour before deciding to call for an Uber. Never ever again, Avis!
Merry Christmas, Avis. Thanks for not having the vehicle we booked 4 weeks in advance and then trying to compensate by offering a lesser SUV. There are currently 48 people in line behind my family and I and we've been here for over an hour. We will never use your service again.
They charged me an additional 163.00 because they say it wasn't a full tank of gas, when I know for a fact that it was. Not to mention I never received my 100 dollar deposit. Who wants to pay 9 dollars a gallon for gas. Never renting from them again. Should've went to Enterprise like I started to.
This queue should only take about 1 hour to get through. Seriously shocking Avis. Will never use this service again.
Lines are ridiculous and after you wait through it, you still have to wait on someone to return a car before you get one. Of course, they charge you lore than quoted, but after waiting so long, you will do anything to get out of that hell hole.
