Hideous wait times for your vacation. Several customers had to come back in because there were issues with their paperwork or car. That should have been a sign. Give yourself a "brake" and go somewhere else.
Cheating the customers. Charging full tank when renting the car. But did not get a dollar back when the car was delivered in Las Vegas with a full tank. Now Avis LA need to see receipt for the fuel. Avis Circus Circus in Las Vegas did not say anything about this. They could not understand why LA had charged me for fuel and said they where going to fix it. So AVIS, thanks a lot for nothing
Don't ever rent from Avis LAX!!!!!! Two times I have made that mistake. Miserable customer service, they don't care about their customers. Highly advise renting from other companies out of LAX! Wish I could give no stars.
