Give me the car that I had rented, not a substitute. SUV is synonymous with 4wd, NOT front wheel drive. I ordered an SUV elite and said a Ford Explorer or similar. The Explorer is a crossover vehicle with All wheel drive. I was given a Dodge Durango to drive to Park City, UT. It slipped all over the place. Crappy tires, trash inside from last renter, didn't have the rubberized brake pedal, just the metal pedal. Very unsafe. Contacted my insurance carrier and they were reluctant to even insure it. WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY
Be careful to rent car with AVIS , they are having small fonts to show limited and unlimited miles and not showing in the booking part. They charged me usd 150 extra yesterday. Select a more honest company to rent a car. Return my USD 150 !!!!!! This company is a shame
