I took my vehicle in for service at 08:30am, no one called me for anytime of follow up I called at 5pm for the status of my vehicle they closed & do not open back until Monday. I work 12hrs shift 7-7 meaning I'm out of my ONLY vehicle 4 days, because I start work before they open & they're closed when I get off. Very Poor Customer Service and I'm still not sure if my vehicle will be repaired whenever it is returned to me on Wednesday.
Just went in for an oil change. Was told it would be 3 hours with the complimentary car was. Said no thanks to the car wash and got my truck back in just over an hour. Service writer was at my door before I could get out of the truck. They have treated me good every time I have been it for service.
Came up there interested in a Jeep Wrangler and was greeted by Ryan very nicely! He told me more about jeeps than I knew and helped me find the right one! All in all great service and will recommend.
I purchased an 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude and I actually had a great sales woman Jessica Wagner. She made me very comfortable as more of a friend then a customer so I appreciate that very much. Mrs. Wagner answered her cell at all time and talked with me even before being at work to hear me out of my needs. It was a long process but Im pleased with my purchase and I thank autonation for 2nd purchase from them!!!
Whatever you do Don't give these Cretins your Phone number and email. My girlfriend gave hers while test driving a car a week ago. Since then she has been inundated with phone calls, texts and emails. Even after telling the sales person she was no longer in the market she received a call form the sales manager! They just do not understand the word "NO". All I can say is even though I'm a staunch MOPAR freak I will never buy a car from these pesky people
After a bad experience last week (4 hours for an oil change promised in 2 hours, grease all in my car, and the notification light STILL not reset), I have had 6 phone calls and an email back and forth with no resolution of my problem. All I want is money back on the 2 prepaid oil changes I have that I will NOT be back for. Terrible customer service.
These people are seriously a joke!!! I have been dealing with them for over a month and they just keep giving me the run around I finally gave up and I get a call 2 weeks later saying they have marked down the 2016 and need them gone and can get me in one today that will work with my monthly payments so once again I go up there and spend my entire afternoon to be told the same exact thing as last month !!! They will waste your time!
