My husband went in this morning to try to talk about our "new" Pacifica . We have had this new car since August 20. They evidently took items out of this car to put in another car they were selling and didn't order new items for our car. Neither were we told that our car did not have everything it was suppose to have. No earphones nor remote for the video. No vacuum. No jack.
