Sold me the last 2013 Town and Country Limited in early 2014. Found out when we picked up a screw in a tire with only 30k miles on that the tire was too old to be repaired. Apparently the tires were manufactured in September of 2011. Thought we were getting a good deal but we got a new vehicle that had 2.5 year old tires on it. Thanks for putting my family at risk with old tires!! You won't be getting my business this fall when we get the new Hybrid Pacifica...
It is the worst service department that I have ever encountered. I set up a recall a month in advance to get the part fixed. I'll drop it off at 7 AM in the morning. I call back to check on my Jeep around 1230 when it should have been fixed and ready to go that's when they tell me it's not ready and it won't be ready till this evening. I'll show up to pick up my jeep around 430 and the service guy tells me they didn't fix it because the part was not in.
Buyer Beware - make sure you read the fine print when you buy a vehicle from them - don't just trust what they say.
I love taking my Chrysler mini van to AutoNation!!! They are fast, friendly and excellent to work with. We are headed there soon to get the oil changed. They care for my can as if it was their own. They are also very friendly. The last two times we have been there, we were helped by a young woman named Callie. She has a great smile and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. See ya'll soon!!!
