I was very pleased with the service I received and I will return again.
I took my Jeep in after the check engine light (and one other) came on. They told me it would be $450 just to diagnose the problem. Ripping people off is clearly their favorite pastime. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Great car buying experience. They were very fair on my trade and gave me a great price on a new Ram 2500.

The sales person Mack was alright. The manager was no where to be found. Now to the worst service I have ever had. Bob, the dumbass, finance person . Who doesn't listen to the customer. Has little man syndrome and thinks he is the greatest.... not. Customer service sucks. Never got to see the manage about the issues I had. Mileage on paperwork says 15, true odometer reading 148. Bob says computer says 15 Bob never went outside to see if customer was correct. There are more issues but no solutions according to bob. By the way... read more
Great experience. Sales and finance team went out of their way to meet our needs. Highly recommend.
Went in for a oil change and tire check. Came out with all 4 tires reading different psi, supposed to be at 36 was at 30,33,38,39. Turned around went back into service they assured me that the tires were fine just needed to let it reset. Needless to say tires were over or under inflated.
Don't buy a Jeep Renegade. Under 14,000 miles and 4th time in for brakes issues. Warrantied front brakes and rotors with grooves too deep to repair. Now rear rotors are grooved. Every time I called about squealing brakes, I was told it's the humidity. If that was so, everyone in Mobile would have stealing brakes. Third time in, there was debris. I will not choose to ever purchase a vehicle from there again, much less a Jeep.
