Michelle in the service department was exceptionally helpful. I was just there to have another key made, but she made it a quick & painless experience.
My husband and I were passing through Mobile when we noticed a rattling noise in our Dodge Grand Caravan. We were greeted by Micheal Robinson. He listened to our concerns and immediately began checking for the problem. He explained what he thought the problem was. The car was taken to the shop. In about two hours our car was fixed and we were on our way. The charge was very reasonable. As it turned out Micheal is from Nashville, our hometown. Thanks for great service.
