The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I found a jeep for my wife, put a hold on it for her to come up and do the paper work. She put money down and finished all the paperwork, the Jeep was hers. Little did we know they sold it out from under us before it could be delivered. Very disappointed with everything with this business. Even after their mistake we found another Jeep and thought they was going to work with us to compensate for their mistake.... WRONG! I recently had my '09 Ram in for a manufacturer recall. I dreaded having to bring it in and leave it. My service rep, Michael Robinson, took care of me from the time I dropped my truck off until I picked it up. The repair took several hours and he constantly kept me up on it's progress and even PERSONALLY walked out with me to the parking lot to get my truck. Wow! That kind of service is just not the norm in today's world! Kudos to Michael and to Autonation!
They reset my computer before checking out the problem that I had. But then they could not reproduce the problem I brought the car in for. Thankfully, they did not charge me and resetting the computer fixed the problem anyways (so far at least lol)! I am very happy they were able to help me out!
Representative provided very polite professional and timely service! Highly recommended!
I would like to thank Mr.John Crittenden for going over and above the call of a car salesman. He worked overtime to get the deal done for us.
