intial buy is great . Mrs. cindy helped me . I have taken my car to the dealership 3 times since I got the car about my air condition and it's still blowing out hot air. I have repeatedly told them my air condition not working. it doesnt blow cold air consistently after awhile it will blow warm air. I even let the service advisor come show me make sure I have right buttons pressed and it's still blowing warm air. something is wrong with this car. I did my research and knew the vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to spend on a Tuesday evening, so I contacted AutoNation Mobile after hours. I got a call first thing Wednesday from Shamarcus about my vehicle choice. Thursday at noon I test drove it and was out the door. I love my 2018 Jeep Renegade Limited purchase and I'm VERY HAPPY with AutoNation's (and especially Shamarcus) service from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle that wants a simple, no pressure, great service experience!
