My initial buy was great. Mr. Lee and Joseph took good care of me....Now, If you are unsure about buying a warranty DON'T DO IT. I'm currently trying to get my money back and finance is playing games. I gave a 800 down payment on a warranty. Changed my mind and came back to cancel to later see they took a payment out of my account for something I already cancelled. Come to find out, they never finalized the paperwork!
