Service department. Service appointment was made with no certified mechanic available. My vehicle was not looked at until the next day. First part ordered was not available for 5 days and when it did come-in, it was lost and another part was ordered which I probably paid for. Parts continue to be changed and lost until my vehicle was repaired 3 months later and very large bill. The worker bees were nice and were doing the best they could. Bought my son a Jeep there and it was a lemon. We have had to put so much money into this Jeep that they advertised as “a great vehicle”. We should of known when the key kept messing up the day we got it! I will never buy a vehicle from them again and will make sure to tell friends the same! How they get away with selling people lemons!
