Stop charging customers for parts and labour and don't do there job
Don't bother making an appointment and leaving your vehicle there all day to be fixed. I dropped my truck off 15 minutes early and left it there all day...they never touched it. They asked if i could drop it off and leave it another day. They must not understand that some people have to work and have to plan weeks in advance to be without their vehicle all day. Guess I'll take it across the bay to be fixed. Very disappointing a dealer this big can't even honor an appointment made weeks ago.
Bought a 2019 Grand Cherokee. Jessica is a great salesperson. Can't say much for anyone else. Their documentation fee is too high at $649, and they try to sell $1000 worth of paint and undercarriage protection. If you buy from them, look over every dollar amount.
