Service department does not honor their appointments. Made an appointment for noon. They send everyone to lunch at the same time so it will be an hour before they look at my car. Seriously why was my appointment for noon then. Why wasn’t it 1pm ?
My husband’s and I bought a truck from Jessica Wagner on 11-16-19. She was very sweet and stayed with us from start to finish!!! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
