I took my Jeep in for some warranty work. Mr. Ron Reed was excellent in addressing my issues. I had dreaded having to do this from the outset as I knew they were busy, backed up and my Jeep would have to be left overnight. I wasn’t sure I’d have a ride to get to and from work for a few days. Mr. Reed set me up with a rental paid by AutoNation. They kept my Jeep for two days, found the issue and fixed it. It’s running great now! If you’re having repair issues, ask for Ron Reed.

First thing is first, my gf and I didn’t know how to buy vehicles or negotiate price at that time so there’s that. Bought two vehicles from there. First one being an 08 RAV4 and they had us paying 28% interest rate plus when we would bring the car for any repairs, service dept was disrespectful and acted like they were being bothered with us there. I have been going to AutoNation getting oil changes and requesting to have the inspection that is required to maintain my Power Train warranty. I feel the idiots at this location didn't do as requested because I bought my car from Chris Myers. now they have discontinued my warranty due to the fact AutoNation Dodge did not do what I requested and I feel like that's because I am a woman if I would have known the company didn't do the correct inspection that I requested I would have went to other dealerships with better price f... read more
