No I do not when I went to pick my vehicle up someone had been through my glove compartment that I keep locked and there was no forced entry so they used my key. Then Mike C told me that they were going to change my oil and air filter by 3:00pm and when I arrived no one seemed to be able to find my paperwork and they did not change the oil or air filter after all. Part of the recall on my car was fixed and then I was told by Mike that the Vapor canister (that was a recall on my car) they only get 2 or 3 in weekly and he had ... read more
The service advisor was great. Called me several times. Mike C. My only gripe is the price kept going up, but all in all we are very satisfied.

Cindy Woods is amazing. She helped me in so many ways that I couldn’t even describe. She was professional and sweet and nice and understanding and she worked with me and my mom and stepdad. She gave me options and the car I actually came to see is not the one I left in. She put me in a better and newer used car with low mileage. She really did the whole 9 for me.
