I don't know where to start, came in from out of town for service and vehicle inspection. Service manager James Pate and service representative Michael Robinson blatantly lied to me stating that my rotors where bad and that I needed brake pads. I said show me. I am a mechanic and know vehicle brake systems. These service representatives walked me to my vehicle and had not even remove the tires to inspect said brakes. I purchased a Kia Optima from Micah in May and had a great experience. Today I got an oil change and Mike R was my service advisor. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I have never had an interaction at AutoNation turn out bad.

After run-a-rounds with other shops and one shop not fixing the problem, I ended up going to the dealer and while it cost me a little more than an independent shop, my truck was finally fixed properly and the leak still has not come back. Dropped it off on a Saturday and it was either the following Monday or Tuesday and I was at the dealer, picking up my completed truck. 👍👍

Overall buying experience was good. Papers did not come as promised. They were late sending mine. Did not notify me that they had mailed them to tax office. They were late getting them sent out which resulted in me having to pay almost 40 dollars late charge on purchasing my already very expensive tag. I sent a copy of my tag receipt showing late charges which were no fault of my own. I requested they refund my late charges but did not get any type follow up response. You didn’t do the work I brought it in to have done But you did almost $600.00 worth of other stuff. Plus the dash display isn’t working at all it’s black. Won’t light up and the passenger window still isn’t working. Really bad!!

Awesome customer service! The managers are attentive and supportive. Austyn Long is the best salesperson I've ever had. He took care of me over the phone before I visited the lot. My experience was quick, easy, and fun. They waited on me hand and foot through the process. I absolutely loved my experience here

I left my daughter’s Jeep to be fixed. I left it on Tuesday and picked it up on Monday. I am employed in Baton Rouge but my daughter attends college in Mobile. I asked that they drive it before I drive all the way to Alabama. They apparently did not do so and when I arrived it was NOT fixed.

I previously wrote a recommendation about this place in Oct. 2019 when they replaced both batteries in my 2018 Jeep Compass. I now have to withdraw that recommendation. Less than a year and approx. 11,000 miles after the new batteries were installed, they are failing again. My Jeep is 500 miles over the 36,000 mile warranty, but AutoNation refuses to cover them under an individual parts warranty. Batteries should last more than a year. I live in Alabama, bought my new Jeep online from a AZ Autonation dealership. picked it up in Mobile Alabama. The Mobile dealership could have cared less. The vehicle was dirty, I got the keys and that was it. No service, no introduction to the vehicle options. Now 3.5 months later still no paperwork, no registration nothing so I can license the vehicle. After the 2nd email I was told paperwork is being mailed today...that was July 14th and nothing at the DMV. so now I wait STILL for paperwork. My temp tag expires in 3 days.... read more
