- Minus zero.....That's how bad the service department is. It's been the same way every time I've taken my jeep in. I don't know why we make appointments there because it's ALWAYS over a 2 hours wait. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from AUTO NATION !!!! Over 2 hours today just for a oil change and tire rotation....I was told that it would take ABOUT an hour. I guess their clocks don't work!
Consistently poor customer service since Autonation came in.
Had a Recall on airbag sensor and with the inspection they tried to get me to do 5 other services that was just done less than 7 thousand miles before. Asked t o speak with the manager wasn't available and still haven't received a call yet and has been 5 days. Will NEVER go back there..
I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to autonation for the first time this week. I purchased the vehicle while living in Huntsville, AL prior to moving back to Mobile. I was overwhelmed at the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Kudos to Troy Yost for just exceptional assistance and customer service from beginning to end. I will be back and I will approach them first when buying my next vehicle. I highly recommend this service department.
Went in this morning for a factory recall on my airbags. This was my first time here and I was greeted immediately and taken care of all by lunch time just like he said. They even inspected my car for me and let me know what needed care. Fast professional service from the service department. No complaints here will definitely be back.
