My husband and I purchased a Jeep Renegade here back in January of this year...Mack Finch’s customer service was excellent and we were highly pleased with the care he provided. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership!
In March of 2016, we purchased two RAM Promaster VANS. One of the Vans has been in the shop (their shop) since December 19th, 2017 and we do have a clue when we MIGHT get it back. Meanwhile, we had pre-paid 12 Oil changes for that VAN - so I called because it is time to get a oil change on the 2nd VAN and requested they allow us to use one of the PRE-PAID Oil Changes - and they said NO! That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ask me if I recommend this company or dealership?
Unfortunately I bought a lemon last year. Car does not work and keeps shutting down in the middle of traffic with my kids in the car. Thankfully we haven't had an accident. It's in the shop for the 3 time this month and had to fuss to get a replacement car. I would never ever buy or get my car fixed here again. Just terrible everything. I would give it a zero but that's not an option.
Great Service! The service manager Wes Rogers made sure everything we mentioned was looked at and fixed in a timely manner. It's nice when you can drop off your vehicle and know that it will be done right.
They have amazing customer service!!! We were greeted at the door by the manager (Lee). They offered us refreshments! And tried everything they possibly could to get a car. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it, but they gave us perfect resources! The manager came and checked up on us, and made us feel at home. James was very polite & made conversation real with us. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Never do business with the service department here! I have called 7 times on my vehicle and no one answered the phone. Then when I finally talked with someone they told that a $30 thermostat was going to cost $350! That's price gouging for sure! Don't buy here nor due business.
I just recently purchased my Toyota Camry from you all and I can honestly say it was a smooth and easy process. From the time I walked in I felt welcome and at the end of the day I felt happy with my decision. I recommend purchasing from this dealer.
