Dealt straight up and Professionally !!! just like they should!!
Don't stand behind their warranty. Sold a used car needing engine mounts, rotors and serpentine belt/ tortion bar replaced. THEN asked for diagnostic fee when went to pick up car! RIP offs! Manager didn't return calls. Poor customer service!
I have a 2016 ram dually. Just moving to town I bought a run around car. 2003 Monte Carlo. I took the pickup in for its first oil change since I've own the pickup. I was looking for a place to have all my service work completed, so I took the car in for a mobile one oil change and rotate. While they had the tires off I asked to have the sway bar links checked. While on vacation I needed an oil change for my 2017 Jeep Compass...well all went well till the end when I was told my car would be right out to me...well no one could find it...now I know why...whoever parked it a ways a way must have scratched it in the passenger rear door...not happy.!
Had the airbag recall done at Autonation, on my '06 Ram, 7am apt, was out by 10am . Thanks to all who got me on my way, also they checked her over and found some issues I need to address as soon as possible, no pressure , was given a reasonable estimate to repair the issues , thanks again to all the crew.

Was traveling home from Florida to Arkansas yesterday. Our check engine light came on. We called and they got us right in. From the moment I called the staff was friendly and put our minds at ease. Reno kept us updated on the progress and the mechanic was top notch. Very professional. We were back on the road within three hours and made it home safely. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
If I could give negative I would. This was my first time visiting the dealership for a simple oil change that should on take an hour maybe a little more. I was there over 3 hours. I will not be back.
I purchased a 2015 Ram which was Chrysler certified. The sticker on the widow showed all the items that were checked by the service department. Well... The Radio has issues, towing package was not all there and i have taken the truck in twice and still nothing is resolved. This is by far the worse i have been treated by a dealership. My family and friends will go elsewhere and so should you!
