The service department get my car Thursday I was told they couldn't get to my car maybe Saturday because they are short handed didn't happen til Monday told me my car would be ready Tuesday evening. Get a call my car won't be ready til Wednesday. All due to a shift cable. So I have been without a car for six days. And all I get is it will cost you this and that. Wish there was more I could do. If I didn't need a vehicle I wouldn't have bought one. But I will send my friends to another dealership.
I've worked with a lot of dealerships within a 7 hour radius of my hometown in search of the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland....Autonation, Mobile by far was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly team I've ever had the pleasure to do business with from the GM, to sales, to the financing.
